I’m always looking to make easy and quick dinners for those lazy or carb craving evenings. My Easy Bubble Biscuit Pizza recipe hits the spot every time! I found some recipes online and switched a few things up to make it my own.
This is what you’ll need:
- 1 8 oz bag of shredded pizza-style cheese
- 1 roll of Pillsburry Homestyle Buttermilk Biscuits
- 40 slices of Hormel pepperoni
- 10 oz of your favorite pizza sauce
Instructions:
- Set over to 375 degrees F
- Separate the biscuits and cut them into 8 pieces
- Chop 20 of the pepperoni slices in 4, leave the other half for the topping
- In a mixing bowl combine the sliced biscuit pieces, the chopped pepperoni slices, half of the bag of cheese and almost all of the pizza sauce – mix well
- In a pre-buttered or oil sprayed baking dish (9×9 works), add the mixture goodness and spread evenly
- Spread the last bit of the pizza sauce on top, sprinkle the rest of the shredded cheese and finally, top with the remaining pepperoni slices
- Throw in the oven for 25 minutes
- Ta-da!
If you want to get crazy:
- For a healthier option try using the turkey pepperoni or adding other veggies and ingredients
- Top off the pizza with juicy slices of tomato, mozzarella cheese and fresh basil for a margarita-style pizza
- You can also create a crust but leaving out 1-2 biscuits and forming a line of biscuit bits around the dish
